The endoscope 3 carries two inflatable balloons 4, 5 of toric shape which fix the endoscope in position in the artery 1 and delimit between them an isolated operating zone in which emerge: optical fibres for the laser 10 and the endoscopic observation 11, 12, and channels 8 for rinsing and removing the operation waste 9.
