PURPOSE:To readily connect leads with connecting pieces by projecting the connecting pieces of a terminal mounted on a terminal mounting plate from a cylinder end of a bobbin toward the axial exterior side of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 18 is disposed above the engaging groove 14 of a terminal mounting plate 13 of a bobbin 4 with a coil 8, and a coupling hole 20 is opposed to a coupling pin 15. Then, the pin 15 is engaged within the hole 20, a mounting base 19 is pressed to be engaged with the groove 14. Then, the terminal 18 is moved toward the center of the bobbin 4 to engaged the hole edge of the hole 20 with the groove 15 of the pin 15. An engaging recess 22 is engaged with an engaging projection 17 to engage an engaging piece 21 with the groove 14. Then, leads 9, 10 are wound on and soldered to the end of the connecting pieces 23 of the terminal 18 projected from one end of a cylinder 5 toward the axis of the cylinder.
