PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in labor-saving promotion and safety ever so better, by making a clamp of the clamp-attached chain conveyor, laid down between an upper deck and a hold, open automatically, in case of a device bearing the above caption which carriers a heat insulating panel into the hold of a liquefied natural gas carrier. CONSTITUTION:Each guide rail 6 is laid down in a range from an upper deck to a hold a clamp controlling projection strip 24 is formed at the inner surface side where these guide rails 6 and 6 of each horizontal end part of the upper deck and the hold are opposed. With this formation, if rollers 18 of clamps 12 reach to each clamp controlling projection strip 64 of the upper deck and the hold, these rollers 18 are forcibly pressed to these clamp controlling projection strips 24 by dint of each spring 19. With this pressure, clamp plates 21 and 21 are separated from each other whereby these clamps 12 come into a state of being released. At the position other than that, height of each clamp controlling projection strip 24 is low and thereby there is no contact with each of these rollers 18. With this constitution, labor-saving promotion and safety are improvable. |
