PURPOSE:To make improvements in safety and operatability ever so better, by setting up a clamp position detector and a sling state judger in a sling jig and a hand part of a transfer device, in a case of a loading device for overhead conveyor use. CONSTITUTION:When a transfer device 2 is started in motion, a hand 6 advances toward a product 2 being locked to a sling jig 5 and corrects a position of the hand 6 so as to make both ends of the hand 6 and the jig 5 accord with each other by a magnetic sensor 6a and a detecting plate 5b of the sling jig 5. Then, the product 3 is clamped by the hand 6. Next, it is conveyed to a loading part of an overhead conveyor 1 and transferred onto a hunger 1a. At this time, if a photosensor 7 of the transfer device 2 is intercepted from light by a shield 5a of the sling jig 5, a sling state is judged as normal so that the hand 6 comes off the sling jig 5. With this constitution, safety and operatability are well improved. |
