The subject of the invention is a carrying scaffold 1 which is equipped with tubular supports 2 for receiving retaining members 7 in which, for example, the carrier roller set 6 of a trough-shaped conveyor belt 4 can be suspended. Bolts 11 connect the retaining member 7 to the support 2. For this purpose, they engage in one of the holes of a row 5 of holes of the support 2 and thus permit a vertically adjustable arrangement of the retaining member 7 as required. A ring 8 assigned to the retaining member 7 encloses the support 2 with a large amount of play. On its inner side, it bears a bolt 11 which is adapted to the hole diameter of the row 5 of holes and is located opposite the row 5 of holes of the support 2. This bolt 11 is of a length which is smaller than the inside dimension, reduced by the diameter or the width of the supports 2, of the ring 8 and, as a result of the sloping position which the ring 8 adopts owing to the dead weight and the suspended load, is held in a permanently positively locking manner in that bore of the row 5 of holes receiving it. <IMAGE>
