PURPOSE:To improve workability by installing the stoppers for the engagement into a V-groove for the feed with a prescribed pitch at two positions with respect to the feeding direction, or so that the installation position can be varied, thus permitting the simple pitch feed operation. CONSTITUTION:A printed plate is installed onto an X-table 3 and fixed and the LSI loading position S of the printed plate is adjusted to the head positions A and B and fixed by shifting a Y-table 5 along a rail 4. Then, a stopper 9B is locked in retracted state, and a stopper 9A is put into operation state. The X-table 3 is pitch-sent by successively engaging the stopper 9A into each V- groove 7 of a detent 6, and each LSI installation position S stops at the head position A, and the tacking for LSI is performed. Then, the stopper 9A is locked in retracted state, and a stopper B is put into operation state, and the table 3 is pitch-sent by engaging the stopper 9B in succession into each V-groove 7 of the detent 6.
