<p>PURPOSE:To maintain the distance of insulation and to prevent the generation of a creeping leak current by forming the carrier of an ionization wire of an ionization electrode with a synthetic resin and covering a feeder part with a cover of an inorg. insulating material to hermetically seal the feeder part along with a supporting part. CONSTITUTION:In an ion-wind electrostatic air cleaner for household, business or automobile, a tube 66 consisting of soft polyvinyl chloride, etc., is inserted into the contact part between an ionization wire 13 and a supporting stand 62 to prevent the direct contact. Moreover, a cover 67 is fixed by a machine screw at the opening side of the supporting stand 62 so that the feeder part 63 is hermetically sealed form dust and and formed with an inorg. insulating material to prevent the carbonization even when a creeping current flows. Consequently, the distance of insulation can be maintained, the worst state can be prevented and safety is remarkably improved. Besides, the outside earth is not needed.</p> |
