PURPOSE:To position and fix plural kinds of works in a short time by installing a means for mounting and demounting a jig part consisting of a clamp for work and a positioning means, for the body part having a driving source. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rail members 94a and 94b having a bent sectional form are installed into the lower bottom part of a jig plate 92 constituting a jig part 90 through bolts, and an opened port part for the engagement with a connecting member 40 is formed between the rail members 94a and 94b. Hydraulic cylinders 12 and 14 are arranged at the right and left edge parts of the body part 10, and cylinder rods 16 and 18 extended in te horizontal direction from the cylinders 12 and 14. A connecting member 20 is installed in the vicinity of the cylinder 14 through a bolt, etc., and a clamp member 22 is installed in swingable ways through a pin member 21 onto the connecting member 20. The first clamp means is arranged between a supporting tsy 116b and a wall part 120, and the second work clamp means 126 is arranged between a supporting stay 118b and a wall part 122.
