PURPOSE:To make installation cost inexpensive and to reduce sticking of scale by providing an eductor for bleed, a tank for receiving driving water for the eductor, a water circulating pump, a heat exchanger for cooling the driving water and a vent for discharging noncondensible gas. CONSTITUTION:Circulated water circulated by a water circulating pump 5 is fed to an eductor 70 for bleed through a heat exchanger type cooler 6, where the steam separated in a steam/water separator 4 is sucked in the eductor and mixed with afore-mentioned circulated water in a condensing tank 8. The steam is condensed in the circulated water, and the noncondensible gas in the steam rises upward through the liquid in the tank, separating the gas from liquid, and discharged to a tank vent system 8'. On one hand, the temp. of the circulated water rises by the condensation, and increased circulated water is sent to a condensate receiving tank 10 through an overflow line 9.
