PURPOSE:To prevent broken metallic layer after forming by fitting in advance a metallic foil layer so as placed to be a mobile side of a metallic die for injection molding machine, inject-molding a thermoplastic resin including an inorganic packing agent and forming the thickness of a cylinder to be made thin sequentially to the center of a reflection plate thereby improving the strength against an external pressure. CONSTITUTION:A caption 3 in a cross section view after injection molding is a laminated metallic foil and a caption 4 is a gate of a female die. Further, a caption 5 is a thermoplastic resin layer including inorganic packing agent. At first, the thermoplastic resin layer of the metallic foil with/without lamination is fitted to the metallic female die 1 in figure so as to be placed to the mobile side of the die. After the metallic dies are closed, the thermoplastic resin including the inorganic packing agent is injected from the gate 4 under the condition of resin temperature and injected pressure. The thickness of the thermoplastic resin layer including the inorganic packing agent at the center of the circularly polarized wave antenna reflecting plate is 3-8mm preferably. Further, the thickness of the circumference is 2-6mm preferably. However, the thickness of the peripheral is 1/6-5/6 to the thickness of the center and 1/4-5/6 preferably.
