In a device for curing pigs heads, the bisected pigs heads (34, 36) rest with their cut surfaces on conveyors (14). Injection needles (22) for injecting curing brine into the meat of the pigs heads are introduced parallel to the plane of the conveyors and transversely to the conveying direction into the pigs heads from the side facing away from the calvaria of the pigs heads (34, 36).
