摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the labor hour required for positioned to be reduced, by welding a chip to the first machined part and fitting an opening part, preprovided in the second machined part, to a protruded position of said chip. CONSTITUTION:The first machined part 28 provides in its predetermined position a chip 23, having a protrusion 22A, so that it may be adapted to the predetermined position of the first machined part 28. And the chip 23 is temporarily fixe, so that its recessed part 22 is aligned to a protruding part 25 in an electrode 24 of a projection welder, to a flat plate shaped member 21. Under this condition, electrodes 24 and 26 ar brought into contact with the flat plate shaped member 21, and the disc-shaped chip 23 is welded to the flat plate shaped member 21 by conducting an electric current between these electrodes 24, 26. Subsequently, the second machined part 29, fitting its preprovided opening part 31 to a position of said welded protrusive chip 23, is positioned for the first machined part 28.
