OIL FEEDER OF ROTARY COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To easily produce an oil feed blade by twistingly deforming a flat plate having a circular head section with an oil intake hole at the center and a rectangular leg section to form the oil feed blade. CONSTITUTION:An oil feed blade 15 inserted at the lower end of the main shaft of an enclosed rotary compressor and feeding lubricating oil by pressure is formed with a flat plate having a circular head section 15a with an oil intake hole 15c at the center and a rectangular leg section 15b. A folding line 15j is formed at the boundary between the circular head section 15a of the flat plate and a flat plate section, and a folding line 15e is formed in the middle of the rectangular leg section 15b, where an oil passing hole 15d and the round hole 15c are overlapped. The leg section 15b is folded at the folding line 15j so that the leg section and circular head section 15a are brought into contact, and the leg section 15b is folded back at the other folding line 15e, then the vertically erected leg section 15b is twistingly deformed to complete an oil feed blade.
