PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of chattering by interposing a vibrationproof alloy member having the higher internal friction than that of casted iron between the main shaft to a machine tool and a cutter, thus absorbing the vibration generated from the machine and the cutter side. CONSTITUTION:On an adapter body 2, the installation surface onto the main shaft 4 of a machine tool is formed on one side, and the cutter loading surface 6 is formed in parallel to the opposite side. Four installation bolt holes 7 for bolt fastening and installation are formed onto the main shaft 4, and a bolt seat 8 spot-facing-treated is formed at the installation bolt hole 7 part, and a washer 9 made of the hard material such as carbon steel for machine structure, etc. is arranged onto the bolt seat 8. At the center part of the adapter body 2, a projection part 10 fitted onto the main shaft 4 side and a projection part 12 fitted with a cutter 11 are formed. On the cutter loading surface 6 side of a cutter fixing member 3, a tapped hole 3a for the bolt fastening and fixation of a cutter body 16 is formed. |
