<p>PURPOSE:To obtain fine double color development which emphasizes handwriting by forming a contour around it, by writing on paper or cloth in a writing ink consisting of a metallic flake pigment having a large particle size, a dye or a fine pigment particle and a solvent or a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:3-60wt% metallic flake pigment (e.g. Al, gold, silver, copper or bronze powder) having such a particle size that the powder can be dispersed in a solvent or vehicle, but does not penetrate through a writing surface, 0.1-20wt% fine pigment particle having an average particle size of 1mu or below or dye (e.g. basic dye) which can be dispersed or dissolved in a solvent or vehicle, can penetrate through the writing surface and can be diffused into a surface adjoining the handwriting, 20-90wt% (combined quantity) said solvents, and optionally 0- 30wt% resin, surfactant, dispersant, preservative, etc. are mixed together to obtain a writing ink. Writing is made on a writing surface through which the solvent is allowed to penetrate, such as paper or cloth in said writing ink, whereby double-colored handwriting whose contour is finely emphasized can be obtd.</p> |
