A multiple exposure attachment 26 for use with a camera 10 in order to achieve the desired multiple exposure effects and vignetting effects. The multiple exposure attachment 26 contains a housing 54 with an opening 60 which is constructed therein. Light is transmitted through the opening 60 to a lens 12 in order to expose the camera film field. A mask 64 is provided which transmits the light to selected parts of the camera film field. The mask 64 can be moved in tracks along a prescribed diagonal path in the housing 54, in order to enable the exposure of second selected parts on the camera film field. The mask can then be rotated by a coupling housing 30, in order to enable the light to be transmitted so as to expose third selected parts of the film field. <IMAGE>
