<p>PURPOSE:To make a laminated sheet with little warp by a method wherein a laminated body is transferred while being pinched with a vertical pair of rotating rolls, the difference between the peripheral surface hardness of which is small. CONSTITUTION:The combination of rolls 6c and 6d, the peripheral surfaces of which are of the same material and the difference between the surface hardness of which is small, is employed as a vertical pair of pulling-out rolls 6 and 6. A laminated body 4 is transferred through the rotation of both the rolls so as to be heated in a curing oven 5 in order to be cured continuously. The cured laminated body 4 is pulled out of the oven with the pulling-out rolls 6c and 6d so as to be made into laminated sheets 8. Because the difference between the peripheral surface hardness of the pulling-out rolls 6c and 6d is small, no denting of the peripheral surface of one roll by that of the other roll occurs. As a result, little bending is given to the laminated body 4 when the body 4 passes through the pulling-out rolls 6c and 6d, resulting in obtaining laminated sheets 8c with little warp.</p> |
