PURPOSE:To shorten the tool replacing time, i.e., working time to the min. by selecting a tool in the order of the smaller diameter by spacifying at least one tool for each kind of hole, working conditions including the working depth by each tool and the hole position. CONSTITUTION:A programer inputs the working conditions such as the drill diameter, tap diameter, and the working depth of plural kinds of holes to be worked on a plate 101, namely the hole A for installation bolt, hole B for dowel pin, and the hole C for hanging bolt, and the coordinate values of the hole position, from a keyboard 14, and said values are accommodated into a RAM13, and the positions of all the holes are specified. Then, a processor 11 checks each diameter of all the tools, and memorizes the values arranged in the order of smaller values into a working memory 16, and a tool replacing instruction is outputted by searching the tooling file for a nonvolatile memory 15 according to the above-described order. Then, the NC data for positioning and drilling work is prepared, and an NC program for boring is prepared. Thus, the tool replacing time, i.e., working time can be shortened. |
