Spot-type disc brake with a brake disc (1) mounted in floating fashion, via a driving profile, on the shaft to be braked, and with an unbalance produced by an additional weight (7) and/or a recess (8), which, upon rotation of the brake disc (1), brings about bracing of the driving profile by virtue of the centrifugal force, thus avoiding the troublesome noises in the brake attributable to rotation vibrations. <IMAGE>
