PURPOSE:To enable a trouble spot to be reliably decided, by a method wherein a trouble spot is not only displayed through flickering of light, but also an alarm is reported by the use of voice. CONSTITUTION:A drive circuit 9 is connected to a CPU1, and a luminous body 10, such as lamp, and sound producing body 11, such as buzzer, are connected in parallel to the drive circuit 9. In which case, in case a trouble occurs to the output side and input side of a controller and a controller itself, a code responding to the trouble spot is outputted to the drive circuit 9 from the CPU1. The luminous body 10 is flickered in response to the code, and simultaneously, the voice producing body 11 is also intermittently driven along with the code.
