PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized titled structure whose line corresponding section is to be easily attached, and capable of testing a channel system including the test of the line corresponding section by making the line corresponding section a pulg-in shape, and a box shape in which a spring-loaded pulg is fitted and inserted outside the corresponding section to the line. CONSTITUTION:A spring-loaded body housing 10 disposed in parallel to a control panel frame is made of a synthetic resin, formed to a thin box shape and an arrester 5 is accommodated in a rear surface side. A spring-loaded plug 18 inserted and fitted into the spring-loaded body housing 10 so as to cover a line corresponding section 13, then a disconnecting piece 19 is inserted between spring-loaded contacts 25, a connection of a terminal 11 of a line side and a connecting line 22 at the line corresponding section side to be broken. The spring-loaded contact of the terminal 11 of the line side is connected and contacts a pulling contact 20A and the spring-loaded contact 25 of the connecting line 22 of the line corresponding section side is connected and contacts a pulling contact 20B, respectively. Accordingly, a channel system device 2 including the line corresponding section 13, and a customer station equipment are electrically separated, and each can be tested respectively.
