PURPOSE:To increase the mixing efficiency in a narrow space by feeding the compressed air to the inside of the following pipe from one end wherein the pipe is provided to the inside of a grooved hole so that the above-mentioned one end is approached to the bottom of the grooved hole and the other end is positioned to the upper part of the liquid level of a stabilizing liquid. CONSTITUTION:When the compressed air is fed to the inside of a pipe 14 by actuating a compressed air feeder 18, many air foams 20 can be generated in the stabilizing liquid of the inside of the pipe. Since the apparent specific gravity of the stabilizing liquid is smaller than the specific gravity of the stabilizing liquid of the outside of the pipe by generating the air foams 20 in the inside of the pipe, the fluid of the stabilizing liquid directed toward a top end 14b from the under end 14a of the pipe is caused in the inside of the pipe. As a result, the stabilizing liquid in a grooved hole is flowed into the inside of the pipe from the under end 14a side of the pipe as shown by arrows therein and flowed through the inside of the pipe and flowed out to the outside of the pipe via the top end 14b and an elbow 17 and returned into the grooved hole 12. The stabilizing liquid is circulated to the inside and the outside of the pipe 14 in the inside of the grooved hole according to the above-mentioned route while the compressed air is fed. |
