PURPOSE:To realize irregular shape molding and consequently contrive to improve the productivity, save labor and stabilize the quality of products by a method wherein shape memory alloy, which transforms into an aimed-at shape at the predetermined temperature and higher, is employed as a mold and elastomer is heated up to the predetermined temperature and higher. CONSTITUTION:When a hose 2, which is performed and contains vulcanizing agent, is heated up to the predetermined temperature and higher together with a bar mold 1 made of shape memory alloy, which transforms into the aimed-at shape 1a at the predetermined temperature and higher, after the bar mold 1 is pressed into the hose 2, the hose 2 is turned into an irregular shape 2a due to the transformation of the bar mold 1 in the irregular shape 1a and simultaneously crosslinked or vulcanized. After that, when the hose together with the bar mold is cooled down to the temperature before the transformation of the bar mold, the bar mold only transforms again into is former shape. The predetermined odd-shaped hose 2a is obtained by drawing the bar mold cut of the hose at that time. The bar mold 1 is used again and again.
