PURPOSE:To make the production of clear water with a slight amt. of heat source possible by condensing the steam generated from an evaporator by using a jet pump operating on water as an operating medium to produce the clear water and utilizing the condensation heat which the clear water obtains during the condensation for heating and evaporating raw material water. CONSTITUTION:The steam generated from the raw material water in the evapo rator 1 is condensed by using the jet pump 3 operating on the water as the operating medium by which the clear water is produced. Part of the produced clear water is circulated and supplied as circulating water through a circulation pipe 7 to a heat transmission pipe 2 in order to utilize the condensation heat which the clear water obtains during the condensation for heating and evaporat ing the raw material water. The produced clear water is further partly circulat ed and supplied through a circulation pump 10 in order to utilize part of the clear water as the operating medium of the jet pump 3. The clear water is thus successively produced by passing through the similar circulation system thereafter, by which the efficient production of a large volume of the clear water with the extremely small amt. of the heat source is made possible.
