<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the winding production man-hours remarkably by a method wherein duct pieces are protruded upward beyond the upper part of winding to be bound one another passing through holes made into the protrusion. CONSTITUTION:Duct pieces 3 made longer than the width of sheet coil are protruded upward beyond the upper part of winding. Then through holes 5 are made in the protrusion of duct pieces 3 in the radial direction to pass the string for binding the duct pieces 3 through the holes 5 after winding work preventing the pieces 3 from falling down. Through these procedures, the winding production manhours may be reduced remarkably since the through holes 5 are made straight side by side in the radial direction protruding upward beyond the upper part of winding to make the string pass through the hole 5 much easier.</p> |
