PURPOSE:To improve a transfer margin by flowing a pulse current the same as that flowing to a control conductor pattern to an auxiliary pattern in an opposite direction so as to prevent a magnetic bubble at a position adjacent to a gate control section from being affected by a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:The same pulse is applied to the control conductor pattern 3 in the direction of arrow 25 and the auxiliary conductor pattern 4 in the opposite direction 26. In such a case, the magnetic field distribution at the gap and its vicinity has nearly the same distribution as a conventional example and the magnetic field at the outside of the conductor pattern is small and zero substantially. That is, it is clear that the bubble located at a position adjacent to the gate is not affected substantially by the magnetic field by the gate bubble and the transfer margin is improved substantially.
