A wind-power machine 10 consists of a housing 16 with a wind inlet opening 25 and a wind outlet opening 26. A rotor 30 with a vertically extending rotor shaft 31 is arranged in the housing 16. The rotor shaft 31 is mounted eccentrically and is provided with rotor turning arms 37. The rotor turning arms 37 are displaceable in relation to the rotor shaft 31. Fastened on the rotor shaft 31 and take-up shafts 35 are sails 32 which are rolled in and out by means of electric motors 29 on each rotation of the rotor 30. <IMAGE>
