PURPOSE:To obtain a heat resistant alloy having superior creep rupture strength and superior resistance to oxidation and carburization by blending Fe with specified amounts of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Co, Al, N, Nb and/or W, and Ti and/or Zr. CONSTITUTION:The composition of a heat resistant alloy is composed of, by weight, 0.3-0.5% C, <2% Si, <2% Mn, <0.03% P, <0.03% S, 30-40% Cr, 30-40% Ni, 5-20% Co, 0.02-0.6% Al, <0.08% N, 0.3-1.8% Nb and/or 0.5-6% W, 0.02-0.5% Ti and/or 0.02-0.5% Zr and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
