<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a tape recorder by specifying an angle of inclination of a head drum and shifting end positions of left and right winding of a magnetic tape and thereby making necessary spaces small. CONSTITUTION:An angle B of inclination is an angle rotated counterclockwise etc. to a straight line AA' parallel to a straight line connecting the centers of reel turntables 12, 13. Accordingly, the highest point in the right side, etc. comes front of the lowest point in the left side, etc. of a higher rank head drum 8, and end position of winding of a magnetic tape wound around the drum 6 between the highest point and lowest point is shifted to the left and right, and left side position comes behind the right side position. Accordingly, spaces necessary in the left side and right side can be made smaller than the case where the end positions are made bisymmetrical to the drum 6, and the length in left and right direction of the tape recorder becomes small. Further, an opening angle of locus of movement of two tape loading guides 25 becomes small, and the distance between the drum 6 and reel turntables 12, 13 becomes short. Thus the size of the tape recorder can be made small.</p> |
