摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled grain oriented silicon steel sheet having thermal stability without having the deterioration of the iron loss owing to stress relief annealing by injecting pulverous powder of Co, etc. to the surface of the grain oriented silicon steel sheet subjected to finish annealing in a manner as to cross the rolling direction of the steel sheet and irradiating a laser beam thereon to form a transformed region. CONSTITUTION:The pulverous powder of one kind of metal selected from Co, Ni, Cr, Mo and Fe or the alloy thereof or the oxide thereof is injected onto the surface of the grain oriented silicon steel sheet subjected to finish annealing or coating treatment in the direction crossing the rolling direction of the steel sheet. The laser beam is irradiated at the same instant on the injected region to form the transformed compsn. in said region. The grain oriented silicon steel sheet having the high magnetic flux density and low iron loss without having the deterioration of the iron loss even after a high-temp. heat treatment such as strain relief annealing is thus obtd.
