PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the natural energy and improve the operation efficiency of the system by disposing a fan in the air passage that connects a space where there is cold air with the room whose operation is controlled through a sensor that detects the cold air temperature. CONSTITUTION:The present air conditioning system 1 has a fan F2 in the air passage 7 connecting a space P where there is cold air with the room R. A sensor S1 that detects the temperature in the space P is connected to the control device C, and the room R is provided with a room sensor S2 that turns on and off an auxiliary cold air source CA to supply the auxiliary cold air. When the lowest temperature chosen among the cold air under the floor in the space P1 or P2, and the outside air is higher than the first set temperature, the fan F2 is stopped. When the cold air temperature is lower than the first set temperature and still is lower than the second set temperature, the room temperature as detected by the room sensor 2 and the desired room temperature are compared, and if the room temperature is determined to be higher than the desired temperature, the fan F2 is turned on.
