PURPOSE:To obtain the titled steel sheet superior in both of coating corrosion resistance and workability, by forming upper layer of Zn-Fe plated layer having a specified compsn. and under layer of pure Zn plated layer by suitable unit area respectively, on one surface or both surfaces of steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:Zn-Fe plated layer as upper layer of 10-150g/m<2> per one surface contg. 60-95% Zn is formed, pure Zn plated layer as under layer of 1-10g/m<2> unit area per one surface contg. <=0.1% total quantity of impurity metals is formed on one or both surfaces of steel sheet, to obtain the titled steel sheet superior in coated film adhesive property, coating corrosion resistance such as pore opening resistance, having good workability and suitable as material for car.
