EXAMPLE:(3S)-3-[N-[( + )-2-( 1-naphthylmethyl )-3-( p henetylcarbamoyl)-propion-yl]-L-histidyl]amino-2-hydroxy-5-methylhexan oylmethylamide. USE:An orally administrable remedy for hypertension having human renin inhibiting action.
