PURPOSE:To improve the solar heat utilization efficiency and the device working efficiency by providing a blasting fan in an air flow passage of a hot air flow generator and connecting a sensor for detecting the hot air temperature of the air flow passage to a controller unit. CONSTITUTION:A control unit C presets a first set temperature T1 and a second set temperature T2, respectively. The temperature T1 is a temperature which is not high enough for raising the room temperature TR up to a desired temperature TS or for keeping the high temperature. The temperature T2 is a temperature which is high enough for raising the room temperature TR to a desired temperature T3. A room sensor S2 detects the room temperature TR and transmits its output to a control circuit C. The temperature TC of hot air of a solar heat collector H1 or a heat storage tank H2 is lower than the first set temperature T1, fans F1 and F2 are stopped. When the temperature TC is higher than T1, and the room temperature is lower than the TS, fans F1 and F2 are turned ON. Further, the temperature TC is in a temperature range between T1 and T2, fans F1 and F2 are turned ON and hot air is continuously introduced into a room 3.
