<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of resin between the input terminal insertion holes of the bottom tool of a molding die and input terminal pins, by putting an input terminal cover on the input terminals pins. CONSTITUTION:A rectifier circuit unit 2 and a high-tension transformer 1 are assembled together, an input terminal cover 7 is fitted with pressure on input terminal pins 5, and the rectifier circuit unit 2 and the high-tension transformer 1 are set in the bottom tool 4a of a molding die. An external connection output lead terminal 3 is put in the lead-out part of the bottom tool 4a of the molding die, the top force 4b of the die is made to abut on the bottom tool thereafter, melted resin is injected into the die and set to mold an insulating package, and thus a high-tension power source device is constructed. Making use of the input occasion, the input terminal cover 7 is fitted closely with pressure on the input terminal pins 5 so as to prevent the leak of resin. Moreover, the lower slanting surface 8 of the input terminal cover 7 is made to fit on the slanting surface 9 formed in the upper part of input terminal pin insertion holes 6 which are formed in the bottom tool 4a of the molding die. Thereby the leak of resin is prevented and high productivity can be realized.</p> |
