PURPOSE:To improve safety by a method wherein fixing metal screws for fixing a heating chamber to an electric parts accommodating chamber, are blocked out by a tray plate for placing a heating object. CONSTITUTION:Inside of a heating chamber 1, a tray 9 for placing a heating object 5 is arranged under a sealed condition with packings 10 or the like. At the lower part of the tray 9 a magnetron 11 is fixed to the bottom plate of 1a of the heating chamber 1 by the use of the metal screws 12 or the like. In a space between the bottom plate 1a and the tray 9, an antenna unit 11a of the magnetron 11 and a stirrer blade 13 for stirring waves are accommodated, and fixing metal screws 14 are used for fixing the heating chamber 1 to the electric parts accommodating chamber 2. Therefore, the tray 9 in the heating chamber becomes a blind screen, thereby, the above metal screws 14 for fixing the heating chamber and the electric parts chamber are in an invisible condition, to which no one knows where the screws are, except a serviceman who is usually referring to the service text. Accordingly, it becomes a very safe equipment. |
