PURPOSE:To increase the Q of a resonance circuit by providing a winding part which produces a high-frequency magnetic field and two lead parts at the periphery of a cylindrical sample area and interposing a dielectric at the overlap part of those lead parts, and thus forming a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The winding part (a) which produces the high-frequency mag netic field at right angles to a cylinder axis is provided at the periphery of the cylindrical sample area. A lead part b1 is led out of the winding part (a) from the lower part and a lead part b2 is led out from the upper part; and the dielectric U is interposed between overlap parts of those lead parts b1 and b2. Thus, the dielectric U is interposed to form the capacitor and a tuning capacitor is provided nearby th coil. Consequently, the tuning capacitor is consti tuted integrally with the coil device, so the Q of the resonance circuit is in creased and the sensitivity of an NMR device is improved. |
