@ An epoxy resin adhesive composition comprising (A) an epoxy compound having at least two epoxy groups on the average in the molecule and (B) a reaction product obtained by reacting an aliphatic polyamine compound represented by the general formula H<Sub>2</Sub>N(CH<Sub>2</Sub>CH<Sub>2</Sub>NH)<Sub>n</Sub>H, in which n is 2 to 5, with a diene type liquid rubber having a terminal carboxyl group and a molecular weight of 1,000 to 7,000 so that the molar ratio of the aliphatic polyamine compound to the diene type liquid rubber is in the range of from 5 to 100.
