摘要 PURPOSE:To enable an ultrasonic humidifier, whose run-away is not occured at the time of burning without liquid to realize by a method wherein titanate, zirconate and niobate constituted of specific blending ratio are designated as basic constitution. CONSTITUTION:In the ceramic piezoelectric material with titanate, zirconate and niobate as basic ingredient, composition of the ceramic piezoelectric material is constituted of 45-50mol% titanate, 41-46mol% zirconate and 5-10mol% niobate and 1-2wt% cobalt oxide, 0.1-0.4wt% manganese oxide and 0.1-0.3wt% magnesium oxide as sub composition being added thereto at the same time. If an electrostrictive strain vibrator using ceramic piezoelectric material is in a state of burning without liquid, electric current volume is reduced sharply in comparision with normal time, and becomes closely to a level in the state that electric scource of the ultrasonic humidifier is cut off, then the electrostrictive strain vibrator is protected from breakdown. Thereby, preventive circuit for liquidless burning can be eliminated, thereby markedly, cost-down of the ultrasonic humidifier can be realized.
