PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm with excellent sound quality by putting thermosetting resin powder in a die, making a molded product by heat pressing and carbiding or graphiting the forming with heating to relieve strain attended with the molding. CONSTITUTION:An upper die 1B and a lower die 1A are heated to a prescribed temperature, thermosetting resin powder 2 is scattered uniformly to the lower die 1A. The upper die 1B is placed on the lower die 1A to apply heat press processing. The powder 2 is melted and cured and unified into a dome shaped resin molded product 3. The molded product 3 is extracted from the lower die 1A, put in a heating furnace, heated under non-oxidizable atmosphere to apply carbiding or graphiting. Thus, a carbide diaphragm with excellent sound quality is obtained. Further, the carbide diaphragm obtained in this case is heated up to 2,500-3,000 deg.C in the temperature rising speed at 50-100 deg.C/hr and kept for several hours. Then the carbon is crystallized and the graphite diaphragm with excellent sound quality is obtained. |
