PURPOSE:To always supply tasteful water, by providing a sterilizing lamp irradiating ultraviolet rays having a wavelength effective for sterilization in a water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:Ozonized air is supplied to the drinking raw water, which was sent into an aeration tank 37, through a solenoid valve 34 to aerate said raw water and dissolved substances are oxidized and decomposed. After ozone aeration was finished, a solenoid valve 34 is opened to guide ozonized air to an ozone decomposing device 36 where ozone remaining in ozone treated water is perfectly removed. The ozone-containing air exhausted from the aeration tank 37 enters an ozone decomposing device 40 where the contained ozone is perfectly decomposed and removed and treated air is exhausted out of the system. Ozone treated, from which dissolved ozone was perfectly removed, is stored in a water storage tank 39 and the propagation of bacteria is prevented by ultraviolet rays irradiated from the ultraviolet lamp 50 provided to the upper part of the water storage tank 39.
