PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition composed of a specific glycidyl compound and a polyamine, and giving a cured material having high elastic modulus and impact strength without adding a rubber component. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) the glycidyl compound of formula I (Ar is 6-20C aromatic hydrocarbon group having at least one glycidyloxy group; R is H or methyl; n is 1-4) [preferably the compound of formula II, formula III (n is 1 or 2), formula IV (R' is univalent 6-10C aromatic hydrocarbon group) or formula V (n and n' are 0-2 provided that at least one of n and n' is >=1)] and (B) a polyamine (preferably an aliphatic diamine or aromatic diamine, e.g. ethylenediamine, m- phenylenediamine, etc.). The amount of the component B is preferably 0.7-1.5 equivalent based on the sum of the molar number of the acrylamide group and the glycidyloxy group of the component A.
