<p>PURPOSE:To carry out a program continuously at and after a stage set before a power supply has a drop when the power supply is recovered, by performing the desired processing by a CPU when a drop of a power supply is detected. CONSTITUTION:When a drop of a power supply is informed from a slave CPU15, a main CPU1 stores the information needed for restart of execution to a dynamic RAM7 so that no problem is produced at all even if the program execution is discontinued. In a read mode of a microcassette, for example, the processing of the program is discontinued after a block is completely through. In other words, the CPU1 discontinues the program processing at a suitable point after saving the information needed for restart of the program execution in case a power supply drop is reported from the CPU15. Thus it is possible to execute continuously the program when the power supply is recovered.</p> |
