PURPOSE:To supply safe and tasteful water, by providing a flow passage for sending ozone-containing gas to a water storage tank and a flow passage for sending gas containing no ozone to the water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:Ozonized air is introduced into drinking raw water, which was preliminarily sent into an aeration tank 37 from a partition valve or solenoid valve 42, through a solenoid valve 34 to aerate said raw water and the ozone contained in air is dissolved in the raw water to oxidize and decompose dissolved bad smell and taste causing substances, org, substances and chlorine. After ozone aeration was finished, the solenoid valve 34 is closed and a solenoid valve 35 is opened to guide ozonized air to an ozone decomposing device 36 and the contained ozone is decomposed to be sent into the aeration tank 37 to completely remove residual ozone in ozone treated water. The ozone- containing gas exhausted from the aeration tank 37 is supplied to an ozone decomposing device 40 to perfectly decompose and remove the contained ozone to be exhausted out of the system. Ozone treated water is subjected to drinking from a faucet 41 if necessary.
