PURPOSE:To obtain a small sized and inexpensive logic circuit by generating the 2nd logical signal having an opposite logical level to that of the 1st logical signal therefrom and using a switch stage to apply output control to the 1st or 2nd logical signal in response to the 3rd logical signal. CONSTITUTION:A D MOS transistor (TR)91 for load and an E MOS TR92 for drive are inserted to between an impressing point of a positive power voltage VCC and that of a common voltage VSS and both the TRs 91, 92 constitute an E/D inverting circuit 93 inverting one input logical signal B. On the other hand, a D MOS TR94 for load and an E MOS TR95 are connected to constitute an inverting circuit 96 acting like a switch circuit. Other input logical signal A is fed to a gate of the T95 and the inverting circuit 96 applies output control to either the input logical signal B or its inverting signal B' as an output logical signal Z based on the signal A. |
