PURPOSE:To prevent getting out of shape as well as to uniform plate thickness easily and to improve anti-corrosion performance of a completed plate by mixing solution in which phoenol resin powder is previously dissolved and graphite powder and drying, the granulating the wet mixture and producing the plate. CONSTITUTION:Phoenol resin powder is dissolved with a stirring tool, and after complete dissolution, slight quantity of stearic acid zinc is dispersed in the solution as mold lubricant. Then, graphite powder and solution in a kneader are mixed in an opening system, and the kneader wall face temperature is controlled by a heater to dry the mixture to a certain degree. And the mixture is granulated by a granulating tool. The granulated mixture is put in a mold so as to obtain uniform thickness and previous molding is made, and it is dried up to evaporate remaining ethanol. The previous molding plate is carbonizated by hot press processing similarly as in a conventional method, and complete plate is produced. |
