PURPOSE:The titled composition having almost no change in viscosity at high temperature under high shear, stable for a long period, consisting of a specific organopolysiloxane fluid, a specified Zr-containing organosiloxane compound, and a Ce-containing organosiloxane compound. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition consisting of (A) an organopolysiloxane fluid shown by the formula I (R is monofunctional hydrocarbon; a is 1.5-3.0), (B) a Zr atom-containing organosiloxane compound having one or more Zr atoms and one or more units shown by the formula II (R<1> is monofunctional hydrocarbon; b is 1-3 integer) [in an amount to give 0.001-1.0wt% Zr atom based on the component A], and (C) a Ce atom-containing organosiloxane com pound having one or more Ce atoms and one or more units shown by the formu la III (R<2> is monofunctional hydrocarbon; c is 1-3 integer) (in an amount to give 0.001-1.0wt% Ce atom based on the component A). |
