PURPOSE:To shorten a regeneration time and the interruption time of washing work, by evaporating the washing solution in a regeneration tank under heating to store the same in a washing solution supply tank and discharging air in said supply tank to evacuate the regeneration tank. CONSTITUTION:A triple valve 34 is closed and a heater 14 is operated and a cooling fan 22 is rotated. The washing solution in a regeneration tank 4 is evaporated and steam is supplied into a cooling pipe 21 through a feed pipe 24. The steam of the washing solution is condensed under cooling to be supplied to and stored in a washing solution supply tank 6. The pressure in the regeneration tank 4 rises and, at the same time, the pressure in the washing solution supply tank 6 also rises and, when the pressure in said supply tank 6 reaches 1kg/cm<2>, a pressure control valve 28 is temporarily opened to discharge air in the tank 6. Whereupon, because the regeneration tank 4 is also reduced in pressure, the lowering in an evaporation speed due to high pressure is prevented and the regeneration time of the washing solution is shortened.
