PURPOSE:To improve the operability and to prevent erroneous deletion by storing plural control data that includes the data related to the used quantity of equipment by utilizing a recording medium, and providing a deleting means that deletes only the data corresponding to the used quantity. CONSTITUTION:A card controller main body 1 is incorporated with a microcomputer, and is provided with an operation displaying part 5 and a card-receiving slot 9, and a connector 23 to which a printer is connected. The main body 1 is inserted into the socket fixed in the outer casing of the equipment. The main body 1, also, stores the plural control data that includes the data related to the used quantity of the equipment. When a deletion card is inserted into the slot 9, a special function data is read out, and among the plural control data stored in the said card, only the per-division data of used quantity of the equipment is deleted. During the above processing of deletion, neither the per-division upper limit value data of used quantity nor the price data of the used quantity is deleted. As a result, the operation is improved, and an erroneous deletion is prevented from occurring. |
