PURPOSE:To prevent overheating by stopping heating at a proper temperature and obtain the effect of heat insulating by a method wherein latent heat, evolved when liquid evaporates and the vapor thereof condenses, is utilized. CONSTITUTION:Empty space 4 is formed by an outer vessel 1 and an inner vessel, a mouth section is joined so that the empty space 4 becomes airtight. Heating medium liquid 3 is encapsulated to the empty space 4 after exhausting of air. The amount of encapsulating is controlled in accordance with the capac ity of the empty space 4 so that the pressure of the empty space may become same as the saturated vapor pressure of the heating medium 3 in the objective temperature of the object to be heated 7. The surface of the outer vessel 1 is cooled by the room temperature, the vapor of the heating medium liquid 3 is condensed on the inside surface of the outer vessel 1 and drops to collect on the bottom, however, it does not contact the inner vessel 2, therefore, the heat transfer amount from the inner vessel 2 to the outer vessel 1 is only a little convection heat transfer due to the vapor of the heat medium 3 and the effect of heat insulating without temperature decrease of the object to be heated 7 may be kept for a long time. |
